About this archive

Neo Austin at neoaustin.com is a private family archive. Accounts are reviewed by the family before gallery access is granted. Guests may browse using the shared guest password.

Account information

We store your name, username, email address, connection to the family, email confirmation and approval status, and notification choices to manage your account. Passwords are stored as hashes. Favorites are saved to your account. Photo comments are associated with your account and reviewed before appearing to archive visitors; administrators can review them.

Sign in with Google

With your permission, Google provides your verified email address, name, and Google account identifier to establish or connect your account. The sign-in request also includes basic profile permission. We store the identifier and email needed for future sign-ins. Access and identity tokens are used to verify the sign-in and are not retained. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or calendar. Google sign-in does not bypass family approval. An existing account must be signed into before Google can be connected.

You can revoke the connection through your Google account connections. Contact the family to request removal of the site's stored connection.

Optional email updates

You choose whether to receive gallery updates, birthday reminders, event announcements, or family news. You can change these choices in My account or unsubscribe using a link in update emails. Account verification, password recovery, and approval messages support your account. Delivery records and queued messages are used to process notifications.

Cookies and security

Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember guest access, and protect Google sign-in against forged requests. Google sign-in uses a short-lived browser cookie and server state. Request counters help limit abuse. Registration and password forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which processes browser and request information to assess automated activity. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Other embedded content or site services may set their own cookies; available choices can be managed through the site's consent control.

Access, retention, and requests

Site administrators can access account details to review requests and manage the archive. Account information, favorites, comments, and delivery records remain stored until removed through site administration. Contact the family to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. Backups and records needed for security or administration may remain after removal from the active site. Please keep family photos and shared memories private.
